At QualityCart, we are committed to delivering quality products and a transparent shopping experience. Please read this Return & Replacement Policy carefully to understand how we handle post-delivery concerns.


💳 Payment & Refunds

QualityCart operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) only model.

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • All eligible cases are handled through replacement only.


📦 Return & Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacement only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged/defective

  • Product received has missing items

➡️ No returns or replacements are offered if:

  • The product was delivered through Open Box Delivery and was found to be in proper condition at the time of delivery

  • The product is not damaged and is in fine, usable condition

  • The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery


📦 Open Box Delivery – Important Conditions

We generally offer Open Box Delivery to allow customers to check the product at the time of delivery.
However, Open Box Delivery is subject to availability and depends on:

  • Delivery location

  • Courier partner policies

If Open Box Delivery is Available:

  • Customers must inspect the product in the presence of the delivery agent

  • Once accepted, no return or replacement will be provided

If Open Box Delivery is NOT Available:

You must record an uncut video while opening the parcel, following these rules:

  • Start recording before opening the package

  • Show the parcel clearly from all sides (360-degree view)

  • Continue recording without pauses until:

    • The product is fully visible

    • The product condition is clearly shown

📹 This video is mandatory proof for any damage or missing-item claim.


⏱️ Reporting Timeline

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share the required video proof and order details

Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.


🔁 Replacement Process

  • Replacements are provided only for the defective or damaged item

  • Once your request is approved, pickup will be arranged by our team

  • Replacement timelines may vary based on product availability and location


🚫 No Refund Policy

Since all orders are COD:

  • No refunds are issued

  • Replacement is the only resolution offered in eligible cases


⚠️ Misuse & False Claims

QualityCart reserves the right to reject any request if:

  • The product appears used or intentionally damaged

  • The claim is inconsistent or lacks proper proof

  • Policy conditions are not followed
