QualityCart currently ships only within India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We offer free shipping on all orders.
There are no hidden or additional delivery charges.
Once your order is confirmed, it is processed within 24–48 hours.
Each order is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in proper condition.
After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days.
However, delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Weather conditions
Courier or logistics delays
Remote or hard-to-reach locations
Festivals, public holidays, or high-order volumes
In such situations, we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe, reliable, and timely delivery across serviceable locations in India.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive delivery updates via email and WhatsApp.
For delivery coordination, the courier partner may also:

Attempt to contact you via call
to ensure a smooth and successful delivery.
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts.
You will be notified about these attempts through WhatsApp messages and/or phone calls from the courier partner.
If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is refused at the time of delivery, the order will be returned back to us.
Repeated refusals may affect the ability to place future orders.
At QualityCart, we strive to offer Open Box Delivery whenever possible so customers can check their product at the time of delivery and feel confident about their purchase.
However, please note that Open Box Delivery is subject to availability and depends on:
Your delivery location
The policies of the assigned courier partner
In some areas or with certain courier services, Open Box Delivery may not be supported.
If open box delivery is not provided, you must record an uncut video of opening the parcel (always keeping it in the frame) showing the packaging all around (covering 360 degree) at the beginning and record video until you find the ordered product and also confirm the quality of the product in the same video. This video will act as a proof if you receive a damaged product.
If you receive a parcel with damaged or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant details and this video, so we can assist you promptly.
