🛡️ Warranty Claim – Terms & Conditions

At Quality Cart, we stand behind the quality of our genuine leather products 🤎. To ensure fair usage and to protect against misuse, the following Warranty Claim Terms & Conditions apply to all leather items.


📅 1. Warranty Coverage

All Quality Cart leather products come with a 6-months free warranty 🕒 starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including:

  • 🧵 Stitching coming out under normal usage

  • 🪡 Leather tearing under normal intended use


❌ 2. What Is NOT Covered

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • 🧴 Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, softening of leather, color fading)

  • 🎨 Natural changes in leather texture, grain, or color over time

  • 💧 Damage caused by water, moisture, sweat, or humidity

  • 🔥 Cuts, burns, accidents, mishandling, or negligence

  • 📦 Damage due to overloading the product beyond its intended capacity

  • 🚫 Intentional damage or misuse

⚠️ Note: Genuine leather is a natural material and may develop character marks and patina over time. This is a sign of authenticity, not a defect.


🚫 3. Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty shall be void immediately if:

  • 🛠️ The product has been altered, repaired, or tampered with by a local cobbler or any third party

  • 🔁 The product is resold or used for commercial / reselling purposes


📑 4. Claim Eligibility & Proof Required

To raise a warranty claim, the customer must provide:

  • 🧾 Valid Order ID sent on mail

  • 📸 Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue

Claims without sufficient proof will not be processed.


⏳ 5. Claim Period

  • Warranty claims can be raised only within 6 months from the delivery date

  • ⛔ Claims raised after the warranty period will not be accepted


🔍 6. Resolution Process

  • All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by the Quality Cart team

  • 🏷️ Quality Cart reserves full authority to decide the resolution method

Resolution priority:

  1. 🔁 Replacement

  2. 🎁 Store Credit

📝 Repair services depend on product feasibility.


🚚 7. Shipping Policy for Warranty Claims


  • 📦 The customer is required to send the product to Quality Cart at their own cost for warranty inspection

  • 🚚 Once the claim is approved, Quality Cart will ship the replacement / resolved product back at no cost to the customer

  • ❌ Shipping costs incurred by the customer while sending the product are non-refundable


🔒 8. Claim Limitations

  • ⚠️ Only one warranty claim per order is permitted

  • 🚫 Repeated claims from the same order will not be entertained


👤 9. Non-Transferability

  • This warranty is non-transferable

  • 🧍 Applicable only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase


⚖️ 10. Final Authority

Quality Cart reserves the right to approve or reject any warranty claim after inspection. The company’s decision shall be final and binding.

Quality Cart reserves the right to modify or update these Warranty Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version available on the website shall be applicable.
